Art & art history
The brutalist architectural style of the U of U Art & Art History building makes it feel dark and uninviting. My goal when designing wayfinding was to add contrast with bright colors and clean design.
With sustainability in mind, I wanted to use Utah native plants for low maintenance then include seating in the courtyard to add usable square footage to the building.
